Yes! We are 10 minutes from Wintergreen Resort. We are glad to offer a list of recommended air bnb's as well  

 Yes, all weddings require a wedding coordinator at the time a contract is signed. Bryant's provides the venue only. The only exception is for elopements with no reception or decorations.  

 We offer our beer, wine and cider without the need for additional licensing. If outside alcohol is wanted, guests will be responsible for ABC licensing. All receptions will be required to use Bryant's bartenders and be subject to a minimum drink spend. 

  We are happy to recommend local vendors. Please note, while we do our best to offer excellent recommendations, Bryant's is not responsible for vendor agreements or work product.  

No, Edgewood does not have on site lodging.

 Yes, depending on your package we can offer access to multiple areas of the property for pictures for an additional fee.  

 Yes, you are welcome to bring your four legged friends! No dogs are allowed in the house however. 

A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to save the date. 

 Setup and breakdown is the day of the event. Guests are expected to have arrangements made for cleaning and breakdown after the event. Early setup or late breakdown are available for an additional fee.  

The space is reserved for a maximum of 5 hours depending on the package.
